1. Shipping Partners: All orders placed from our online shop are fulfilled and shipped by our trusted third-party printer and shipper, Sensaria. We work closely with our shipping partners to ensure your orders are processed efficiently and delivered promptly.

2. Estimated Delivery Time: Orders typically ship within 2-3 business days from the date of purchase. Once shipped, you can expect your order to arrive within 5-7 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or peak holiday seasons.

3. Tracking Information: Upon shipment of your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. This will allow you to monitor the progress of your delivery and estimated arrival date. 4. Shipping Rates: All shipping fees are included in the price of products sold online.  Please note that additional shipping fees may apply for expedited shipping options, if available.

5. International Shipping: At this time, we only offer shipping within the continental United States. We do not currently support international shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and are working towards expanding our shipping capabilities in the future.

6. Shipping Address Accuracy: It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the accuracy of the shipping address provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping information to avoid any delays or misdeliveries. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Return Policies

1. Non-Returnable Items:

Once purchased, products from the online shop are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged.

2. Damaged Items in Transit: We understand that sometimes items may be damaged during transit. In such cases, we are happy to offer a return and replacement for the damaged item. Please follow the steps below to initiate the return process:

  • Contact our customer support team at allisondavidphotography@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the damaged item.

  • Provide clear photos of the damaged item, including the packaging, to assist us in processing your return.

  • Once we receive and approve your return request, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost.

 

3. Return Process: If you believe you have received a damaged item, please contact our customer support team at allisondavidphotography@gmail.com to initiate the return process. To ensure prompt resolution, please provide the following information:

  • Order number.

  • Description of the damage.

  • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.

4. Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
