Easy and Delicious Black Bean Dip

Super duper simple and deliciously healthy dip for your next gathering, snack, or Netflix binge.
What You’ll Need…
1 15 oz can of black beans, drained and rinsed well3 Tbsp of water, and then 1 more at a time to reach the consistency you like 1/4 sweet onion 1 large garlic clove Very small piece of a Serrano chili Small handful of fresh cilantro Dash of cumin, to taste Dash of chili powder, to taste Salt and pepper, to taste
Top with cojita cheese or cilantro
Preparation... * Empty drained and rinsed black beans into a food processor. * Add water, sweet onion, and garlic clove, and mix well. Add more water if mixture is too thick. * Add all the final ingredients and pulse until the mixture is the consistency you like.
* Top with cojita cheese or cilantro (optional) Serve and enjoy!
